Upon arrival I will set up my table and then we'll have a brief consultation to discuss any specific issues or areas of concern you may have. This helps me better tailor your massage to your needs.
Afterwards, I will leave the room, allowing you a few minutes to dress down to your comfort level and get onto the table. You will be draped with clean, comfortable sheets throughout the session to ensure your privacy and comfort. The table heat will be adjusted to your liking.
I will use a variety of techniques to address muscle tension, promote relaxation, and improve circulation. If at any time you feel discomfort or have preferences regarding pressure or technique, communicate this with us and we'll adjust accordingly.
After the session, I will leave the room and give you a few minutes to get up slowly and dress. You'll then be provided with any recommendations for aftercare I may have for you.

Because I am still working at Canyon Ranch the distance I am able to travel is limited, because i will be headed there after my session with you. The towns I am able to service are in a 20 mile radius around my home base of Great Barrington such as Monterey, Otis, Sandisfield, New Marlborough, Sheffield, Egremont, Alford, West Stockbridge, Stockbridge, Lee, Tyringham, Becket, Lenox, Richmond, Austerlitz NY, Hillsdale NY, and Cannan CT. If you're not in one of these areas please feel free to reach out and I will do my best to accommodate on days that i am not working at Canyon Ranch.

I went to massage school in Asheville, NC while I was living there in mid 2000's. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made and have continued to do Continuing Education Units along the way.
A 50% deposit is due at time of booking. This is to secure your time slot and also to provide for a smoother transition after your massage is complete. If for any reason you must cancel or reschedule, we ask that you do so with as much notice as possible. This gives us time to try to fill your original slot. We understand emergencies happen. If you provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, your deposit will be refunded to the original payment method used. If less than 24 hours notice is given, your deposit will be retained. As we greatly respect your time with us, we ask that you respect ours as well.
We take all major credit/debit cards and process through our secure Vagaro website. We do not accept insurance at this time. While tipping is not required, it is always greatly appreciated.
